5. Ordering & Payment Terms

To place an order, you must:

  • Be over 18 years of age

  • Possess a valid credit/debit card

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Once we receive your order, we will send an email acknowledgment. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation.

In case of pricing errors, we will contact you to confirm or cancel your order. If canceled, a full refund will be issued.

6. Processing and Shipping

  • Processing Time: 5–7 business days

  • Shipping Time (U.S.): 10–15 business days from Vietnam

  • Shipping Cost: $4.95 for orders under $100; free shipping for orders $100 and above

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. NFL-Stores is not liable for delays due to customs, force majeure, or inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 21 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless due to our error or product defect.

8. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate an exchange. Exchange shipping fees may apply. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before processing begins. Please email [email protected] as soon as possible. Cancellations are not accepted once orders have shipped. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

10. Taxes and Duties

Prices listed do not include applicable taxes or duties. U.S. customers may be required to pay state or local sales tax depending on their location. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
