Return Window
You may return your order within 21 days from the date of delivery. After notifying us of your intent to return, the item must be shipped back within 14 days. Returns requested or shipped outside this window may not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For health and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Customized or personalized items (e.g., with custom names, numbers, images, or logos)

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Items returned without original packaging

Gift items, free promotional items
Please carefully review product descriptions before placing an order.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging included. Items that show signs of wear (e.g., stains, damage, odor) may be rejected or incur a restocking fee of $4.95–$35, depending on severity.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If a return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged upon arrival), we will provide a pre-paid return label at no cost.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and a brief description. We’ll guide you through the resolution process.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please email us within the return period. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we may suggest an alternative or issue a refund.

Customized items cannot be exchanged.

For items under $100 or involving a gift, additional shipping fees may apply.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days. A $4.95 restocking fee may apply to help cover handling and inspection costs.
In-Store Returns
At this time, online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. All returns must be processed through [email protected].
Unauthorized Returns
Returns that are sent without prior authorization or outside the eligibility window may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.
