Order Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, or once the order has been processed and a tracking number is issued, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for cancellation.

  2. If your request is within the 24-hour cancellation window and your order has not been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  3. If more than 24 hours have passed or the order has already shipped, you will need to wait for the delivery and initiate a return under our standard return policy.

Refund Processing Time

  • Cancellations approved within 24 hours will be refunded within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Refunds for orders returned after shipment follow our Return Policy guidelines and may include a restocking fee and return shipping cost, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Order Modifications

Once an order has been submitted:

  • We are unable to make changes to product selections, sizing, or shipping information.

  • If you need to update an order, please email [email protected] to cancel the original order within 24 hours and place a new one.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Once your order enters the shipping phase, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel, to ensure it is still within the 24-hour window.

Gift Orders

If you need to cancel a gift order, please reach out immediately. If the order has already shipped, it will follow our standard return procedure.

Discounts & Promotions

  • If you cancel an order that was placed with a promotion code or discount, the discount code cannot be reused.
