At NFL-Stores.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in offering premium jerseys, hats, tumblers, and custom-made merchandise. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Return & Refund Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 21 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

  • Return requests must be sent to [email protected] and must include your order number and the reason for the return.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., printed names, logos, numbers, or images) are non-refundable, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing original packaging cannot be refunded.

  • Unauthorized or late returns may be rejected.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 21 days of delivery.

  2. Ship the Item: Return the product in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to a product defect or error.

  3. Inspection: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. A restocking fee of $4.95 may be applied.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or design, please email us at [email protected]. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and additional shipping charges may apply. Customized items cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

  • Provide your order number and include photos of the item

  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund after verifying the issue

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of product defects or shipping errors on our part.

  • Returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
